Subsequently, engineers dedicated a year to constructing a working prototype, followed by two years of rigorous testing. The outcome is the first "professional" gas-fired Ukrainian roaster. Remarkably, it stands shoulder to shoulder with the world's leading brands in terms of functional capabilities. It is a source of immense pride for us to contribute to such a significant endeavor.

Dubbed "Cogen" – a fusion of "coffee" and "generation" – this name was bestowed upon the inaugural roaster by the pioneering individuals at the forefront of Ukrainian coffee culture.
